Welcome to CleaningExpert ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our cleaning services, including bookings made through our website, mobile app, or any other platform. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

CleaningExpert provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services are booked either as one-time appointments or recurring cleanings, depending on the client’s preference.

2. Booking and Scheduling

​

• Booking Process: You may book our services online, by phone, or through our app. We will confirm your booking by sending you a confirmation email or SMS.

• Changes to Schedule: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within [48 hours] may incur a fee (see Section 3).

• Availability: Our services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service if necessary.

3. Payments and Fees

• Service Fees: You agree to pay the fees specified at the time of booking. Prices for our services may vary based on the size of the property, specific services requested, and any additional tasks you require.

• Payment Method: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods specified at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Late or Missed Payments: Failure to make payments on time may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

• Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than [48 hours] before the scheduled cleaning may be subject to a cancellation fee of [50%].

4. Client Responsibilities

• Access to Property: You are responsible for providing us with access to your property at the agreed time. If we are unable to access your property, we may charge a cancellation fee.

• Safe Environment: The client must ensure that the property is a safe working environment for our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service if there are health or safety concerns.

• Personal Belongings: You are responsible for securing any valuable or fragile items. CleaningExpert is not liable for any damage to items left unsecured.

5. Service Guarantee and Limitations

• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional cost.

• Service Limitations: While we strive to provide high-quality cleaning services, there are certain tasks we may not perform, such as cleaning up hazardous materials, moving heavy furniture, or handling specialized cleaning tasks outside the scope of our standard offerings.

6. Liability and Damages

​

• Damage to Property: If any damage occurs during the cleaning, you must report it to us within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, repair or compensate for the damage.

• Limits of Liability: CleaningExpert is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific cleaning service in question.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services at any time, with or without cause, including for reasons such as non-payment, violation of these terms, or abusive behavior toward our staff.

8. Privacy and Data Use

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Seattle, WA.
